Add full montage-data repo to montage/data/ directory

The number of commits here is misleading. I rebased features/data on top of master which is not too far ahead of features/data.

All of montage-data is now in montage/data with a couple of exceptions:

• The components from montage-data/ui/ were moved to montage/ui/
• Tests from montage-data/test are now in montage/test/data
• Specs from montage-data/test/spec are now in montage/test/spec/data

These changes can be seen at 496c4e5
