Summary
Update invalid endpoints to speed up Client Side Encryption test 7.
Verified with this patch build.
Background & Motivation
Some drivers observed recent timeout test failures connecting to intentionally invalid URIs. Drivers do not use a consistent timeout for KMS requests (DRIVERS-1049). C driver tests were not failing, but logs indicate the test was very slow. On a prior commit:
