Ok. As this kind of operator still not exist, it will be hard to manage aggregate properly in some case.
In my case, I need to aggregate based on a field that contain a particular string.
I ll try in other way.

Clearly, it should be nice.
I just tried $text operator in $match (https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/text-search-in-aggregation/)
But clearly performances are not good enough (after 'text' index creation of course)
Thus, if you plan to integrate $regexMatch I ll wait for this, sure.
