Currently we rely on
lsb_releaseto resolve rhel download url. When trying to bump CI to use rhel9 on Compass side, it fails to resolve the download url aslsb_releaseis not supported on rhel9. Before runninglsb_release, we are getting OS info from/etc/os-releasewhereidis resolved asrhel. So I am adding that to be included to resolve rhel urls.Description
