A grid, paragraph column and gauge column have been added to help creating simple grid based widgets. Also, added a custom par bufferer with support to markup texts.
This struct hold in one place a container and its stats and done channel.
Grid's height is used to control how many rows have to be shown when rendering.

Monitor mode shows runtime stats of all active containers. It can be activated when launching dry by using the
-mflag or, once dry is running, at anytime by pressing the m key.
