[FrontOffice] Informational risks CSV import -> missing controls

Description
The controls are presented in the exported CSV, but are not taken into account when it's imported.

To Reproduce

1. In the Knowledge Base, export instance risks where are linked controls into a CSV file.
2. Drop the risk(s) that have controls.
3. Import the CSV.
