[Bug]: Failed to install extension: exit status 1

Bug Description

Failed to install MoMorph VSCode Extension during initializing MoMorph project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. momorph login -> success
2. Enter keyring password
3. momorph whoami -> see account info
4. momorph init . --ai claude -> error

Expected Behavior

MoMorph VSCode Extension will be installed

Actual Behavior

Failed with unknown error
