Launching from CLI or python #41

Hi @a-r-j and thank you for this nice tool (which got renamed recently).
I frequently use protein viewer to launch from a couple of files (e.g. one is before processing, one is after). I select files in explorer pane for this.
It would be very helpful if I could programmatically (from bash or from python) make the call to "open new tab with these proteins". Or maybe generate a link/file that would be understood by vscoding-sequence.
Please feel free to close if not relevant or hard to implement. Thanks again for the tool!
