Open VSX

Hey, great extension thanks

I am tied to using https://coder.com/docs/code-server which runs in the browser and quite nice. The drawback is that it uses Open VSX instead of marketplace for its extensions.

Currently I download the protein viewer vsx and install manually and it works great but it would be nice to install natively.

Posting this issue in case anyone else has the same setup - if so, it would be great to consider publishing there too.

Do you know if there is a way to keep releases synced with VSCode marketplace?
