Stage369: Real Timestamp Verifier Runner with Production Receipt Generation

Stage369 adds a real timestamp verifier runner on top of Stage368.

Purpose

Stage368 created the production timestamp verification receipt layer.

Stage369 runs or prepares real OpenTimestamps / RFC3161 verifier commands and converts their outputs into metadata receipts.

Meaning

Stage369 is not the final timestamp acceptance gate.

It generates a production receipt when a real verifier command succeeds and the verified target hash matches Stage360.

Final timestamp_verified acceptance should be handled by the next gate.

Safety Boundary

Stage369 does not publish:

• private keys
• raw secrets
• raw QKD key material
• raw timestamp binaries
• exploit code
• harmful prompt payloads
• attack automation

Stage369 publishes metadata receipts only.

Stage369 does not verify Sigstore, Rekor, OCSP, or CRL.
