+The DA discussed the topic of where and how to create and work on issue tickets. With over 50 repositories, it makes sense to create a ticket in the repo where it originated and keep working on it there until it is resolved. The Product Owner and Scrum Master would have context and should replicate a ticket in the Design Autority Repo with a link to the originating ticket.
