Display recipient email/destination in Payout History #5314

currently, when a creator makes a withdrawal, the "success" message and the Payouts table provide no confirmation of where the money was actually sent.
If a user has a typo in their payout email settings (e.g., userr@gmail.com instead of user@gmail.com), they have no way to verify the mistake until the money simply fails to arrive days later.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if the interface just confirmed the email address. Specifically:
Something like "Sent to [email@example.com]" so I can see it right away.
In the Transaction History: Adding a simple hover-over that shows which PayPal email was used for that specific transaction.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I thought about maybe a confirmation pop up before you can withdraw
