Mod dependencies not installed with mod update

Describe the bug

When updating a mod, if a new dependency is added in the update, it won't be automatically installed

For example, i updated the mod Soul Fire'd and Prometheus was added as a new dependency along with the old ones. After updating, Prometheus was not installed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Update a mod from an old version to a new version with extra dependencies (for example, Soul Fire'd from version 5.1.6 to 6.0.0)
2. The new dependency will not be installed along with the update

Expected behavior

New dependency is supposed to be installed along with the update
