Show the title when logs are pulled for a user #3142

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please elaborate.
Whenever logs are requested for a user its very difficult to figure out which log you are looking for because the titles dont show. We use titles for every modmail so this is important. Not sure if this is even stored in the db rn

A simple field that says Title: Your title
