[test-runner-saucelabs] Support JWP capabilities for testing iOS simulators

As I mentioned previously, I could not get SauceLabs tests passing with W3C capabilities.
This issue was reported, see karma-runner/karma-sauce-launcher#220 (comment)

In karma-sauce-launcher it was recently fixed so using old JWP capabilities is possible to make iOS simulators work.
