In schedule B, please list the employees, which should be covered by the CLA (best by name, email address and Github User Name).
After we do have this signed version, the "point of contact" can simply add or remove employees by sending informal e-mail (this will update schedule B).

I sought assistance from the chairman of Tongyuan @FanliZHOU , who provided me with a PDF version. After reviewing the document, it appears that it might be more appropriate for him to sign it. The specifics are still under discussion, and the scanned version is expected to be provided no later than October 19th.
