Support MCP Resources & Prompts

1. hiiii, this rocks, tysm!
2. as we futz around and figure out what MCP is useful for and how it maps to our applications I figured it would also be sweet if this supports Resources & Prompts from the spec ~ was there any reasons you haven't added them or you just didn't get around to it yet?
3. (I have a PR for both of these I can submit tomorrow morning if it would be welcome 💖)
