Fixes modelcontextprotocol#1425 @hono/node-server requires hono as a peer dependency, but it was not declared in @modelcontextprotocol/node's package.json. This caused warnings/errors with strict package managers like Yarn. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
