Add Odoo MCP Server to enable AI assistants to interact with Odoo ERP systems.

Description

This PR adds the Odoo MCP Server to the third-party servers list under the Business & Finance section. The server provides a bridge between AI assistants and Odoo ERP systems, enabling natural language interaction with business data.

Server Details

  • Server: mcp-server-odoo (new addition)
  • Changes to: N/A (new server entry)

Motivation and Context

Businesses using Odoo ERP need a way to leverage AI assistants for data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation. This server solves that by providing secure, controlled access to Odoo data through the MCP protocol, enabling use cases like:

  • Natural language queries for business data ("Show me unpaid invoices from last month")
  • Automated reporting and analysis
  • Customer data management through conversational interfaces
  • Inventory and product catalog queries

How Has This Been Tested?

Extensively tested with:

  • Claude Desktop on macOS
  • Cursor IDE
  • MCP Inspector for protocol compliance
  • 376 automated tests with 90% coverage
