Description

This pull request introduces support for interacting with CTERA Portal and CTERA Edge Filer using their Management Control Protocol (MCP) to perform file system operations. This includes:

• MCP client integration for both Portal and Edge Filer endpoints
• Support for both STDIO and SSE implementations. Tested with both Claude and Cursor.
• Container-based deployment option via Dockerfile
• Environment-based configuration for host, credentials, and SSL
• Support for executing file system actions on CTERA Portal and CTERA Edge Filer such as upload, download, list, and delete

Motivation and Context

Automating file system operations via MCP enhances team efficiency and improves productivity by streamlining workflows for file data managed across the CTERA Global Namespace.

How Has This Been Tested?

All file access operations were tested using Claude, and Cursor using both STDIO and SSE implementations.
