Add a Tags (or labels) key in ServerDetail object

Adding a tags key in server detail object will be used to group by servers of specific type (for e.g. Cloud, Database or anything). It's value should be an Array.

A new key named as tags in server detail object accepting Array of Values.

None as nothing is supported currently.

The idea of "tags" is one (of very many) possible inputs in solving the problem of "server curation", which is out of scope of the official registry itself.

However, it is a good idea to make sure downstream consumers should be able to add them to the shape if they so desire for their mirror of the registry. I've added it as a note here.
