[v2] Clarify "remote" wording in README client example #3313

What happened?
README, under "A client in 10 lines":
"Swap mcp for http://localhost:8000/mcp and the exact same code talks to a remote server."
localhost is the same machine though, not remote. I think what's meant is that
the client is now going through an actual transport (HTTP) instead of talking directly to an in-memory object, which makes sense, but "remote" is a bit confusing to read literally.

Fair point! I've changed the README to just show how to connect to it via shttp to reduce confusion. I'll also push up some PRs to fix the rest of the docs so this is more consistent/clear :)
