Add simple host example

Bring back e2e example host from https://gist.github.com/ochafik/a9603ba2d6757d6038ce066eded4c354

Usage:

npm i
npm start
open http://localhost:8080

Ugly for now:

Some notes:

• Building proxy & its js "the right way" (inlined w/ vite)
• Serving sandbox & host assets from same python server
