Description
We currently develop RMC on a fork of the rust compiler. We synchronize with the upstream project once every sprint (bi-weekly). This issue is to track the merge for week 2 of 2022 (Sprint ending on 2022-01-18).
Now that we are migrating to consuming rustc via rustup, we also need to update the toolchain version used to build rmc-compiler.
