Create a tool for aggregating coverage results #2641
Description
Requested feature: Coverage results are for now reported for each individual harness, but users will likely want to get combined coverage results for all their harnesses instead. A tool for aggregating them seems to be the most common choice, and this often includes options to, for example, exclude dependencies from the count or provide coverage summaries.
Use case: Coverage results.
