Red science pack technology gets replaced by "sct-..."

For all science packs changed by ScienceCostTweakerM the internal name stays the same. This is not the case for `automation-science-pack` which gets replaced with `sct-automation-science-pack`. Not really sure why. This will need fixing in ScienceCostTweakerM.
