Adds caddiff under Other Text Formats.

STEP files (ISO 10303-21) are a plain-text, non-code format, and the usual problem applies: a textual diff of two revisions is thousands of lines of coordinates and tells you nothing about what actually changed. caddiff takes two STEP assembly revisions and produces a highlighted image plus a machine-readable change list — parts added/removed, instance count changes, moved parts (mm and degrees), and shape changes via a boolean symmetric difference with the volume delta. Anything it cannot compare is listed with a reason rather than silently dropped.

Apache-2.0, a CLI, and it drives FreeCAD/OCCT in a killable subprocess. Exit codes are 0 no differences / 1 differences found / 2 the run failed, so it can gate a CI job.

Alphabetically it belongs before daff.
