Alternative question storage

A different way to store questions using arrays for each variable, then get a random number and get the question information from each of the arrays.

Questions are currently implemented like this:

1. Define a class for a question:
   
2. Use the question constructor to define questions
   

new Question("Status 1 is considered to be:", (new string[] { "deceased", "Potentially immediately life threatening", "Not medically urgent", "Immediately life threatening" }), 3, "Status one is used to describe someone who's condition is immediately life threatening"),

3. Store the question in a list with other questions
   
4. All the questions are stored inside a player class, which has functions to pick random questions etc

One disadvantage of this storage method is that it requires far more variables to store all the information, and doesn't scale easily making it less future proof if expansion happens, e.g. adding a 2nd player would double the number of lists required.
It also makes removing questions more difficult, as the data would need to be removed from all 7 lists to ensure the indices remain correct, unlike the class which requires it be removed from only 1 list.

For these reasons, using classes is a better way to store questions.
