Summary

Could we add skip navigation links like are on your Basically Basic theme?

If you have pointers about the best way to add this feature, I'll happily try to figure it all out and make a pull request.

Motivation

It would make this theme more accessible for people who use screen readers and keyboard navigation.

Drawbacks

I can't think of any beyond deciding which ids to use and adding an equivalent to Basically Basic's screen-reader-text class & css code if there isn't one already.
