Breadcrumbs placement is incorrect

Environment

• Minimal Mistakes version: gh-pages-3.1.6

• Ruby gem or remote theme version: Dark theme

• Jekyll version: 3.6

• Git repository URL:

• GitHub Pages hosted (if yes provide URL to site):

• Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04 54-bit

Expected behavior

Breadcrumbs are not aligned properly to the main content div.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Enable breadcrumbs inside the config file.
2. Create a post with the following settings:

layout: single
title:  "Welcome to Jekyll!"
classes: wide
date:   2018-10-27 20:42:19 -0700
categories: jekyll update
---

Then refresh and notice how the breadcrumbs URL is not formatted properly on a desktop setup
