Update docs to 0.8

Hello.

I see you've been working on this today. I managed to get this package to work with "@convex-dev/better-auth": "^0.8.3", at least locally, following their instructions here (after following yours).

Faced a few issues, but I think it was mostly due to a misconfiguration of my plugins, and/or maybe something related to using Google Sign In. (I had to remove 1 line from their migration code to get it to work.

Sharing in case anyone faces the same issue.
