Add numpy interface for IWAVE

• add simple run_iwave helper that writes numpy arrays to RSF files and invokes IWAVE programs
• expose helpers via Python package under trip/iwave
• include unit test exercising round-trip data flow using a mocked subprocess
• add two-layer acoustic and elastic forward modeling example notebook
