Optional flag for `make_hgrid::gnomonic` to output grid data matching `Pace` layout

**Description**
The current format for output grid data from `make_hgrid` needs to be altered for use in `Pace`. To reduce computation within Pace for the grid data, an additional flag for `make_hgrid::gnomonic` could be added to output the data in the desired format.
