DLRMv3 FAILED to load sparse_ops_cpu in jagged

Hi,

I ran the new DLRMv3 harness #2410 and it gives me this failure.

FAILED to load sparse_ops_cpu in position: Could not load this library: /deeplearning/fbgemm/fbgemm_gpu:sparse_ops

There are some hardcode paths that are not available?
