chain-indexstarts to lag behind the node significantly. And because Contract calls likeutxosAtusechain-indexqueries, it resulted in the situation, where wallets were considered funded, but there were no UTxOs returned fromutxosAtand alike during contract execution.Current PR gives two ways of checking if wallet is funded - using
