The config of the repository lists /repository, not /var/lib/repository as the root folder

Hi guys,
Firstly, thank you for your awesome product, this registry-web helps us a lot.
Secondly, we have a requirement to restrict the user from seeing all the available repos which he has no permission to, so I decided to dig into the source code and add a flag to filter the repos, also add some more code to enhance some minor points, you can see it in the comments. Hope this pr will help someone who has the same needs like me.
