Migrate marts__micromasters_summary to use dimensional layer #2086

File: src/ol_dbt/models/marts/micromasters/marts__micromasters_summary.sql
Problem: References 4 micromasters intermediate models. Target: use tfact_enrollment, tfact_certificate, tfact_program_certificate, and dim_program from the dimensional layer.
Acceptance criteria:
- Model references only
dimensional/, mart, or reporting models - No
{{ ref('int__*') }}or{{ ref('stg__*') }}calls remain - Model compiles and passes dbt tests

Closed: zero-consumer model, superseded by the deletion plan in #2072. The audit comment on #2072 ("A. Zero-consumer models to delete (not migrate)") lists this model among those with no downstream consumers, found via OpenMetadata lineage plus a repo grep, and calls for these migration sub-issues to be closed or repurposed as deletions. Re-verified on main: ref() to this model returns zero hits across src/ol_dbt/models. Migrating it to the dimensional layer would be work spent on a model nothing reads; the deletion is tracked as witan task tk-verify-and-delete-zero-consumer-marts-9-candidat-e00722.
