Description

Hi Judith, thanks for the update!

Currently there is an issue for the multiple-alignment with MAFFT - possible solution: either let user define location where mafft can be found or provide it together with mitobench - Linux / Windows issue however to consider

file:/../mitobench/mitoBench-1.7-beta.jar!/MAFFT/mafft
java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "file:/../mitobench/mitoBench-1.7-beta.jar!/MAFFT/mafft": error=2, No such file or directory
