Updates for opcua-client #9

Hi maintainers,
My apologies if this is the wrong place, but I have unsuccessfully tried to get in touch via mail, linkedin etc.
I have created an updated version of opcua-client (https://github.com/vdbijl/opcua-client-ruby).
I would like the community to provide an updated version. What steps do you recommend?
- My preference would be an update of this gem, since it is known and used.
- Otherwise I will release a gem under a new name with reference and attribution to this work. However I feel like that would be confusing to Ruby users, since it's basically an update.
It would be great if we can work together. No problem to help you out if that's appreciated.
