Build for other packaging ecosystems than nix

I think it would be cool if the CLI was installable through your favorite package manager like brew or pixi.
For the pixi case, I already created an appropriate PR (conda-forge/staged-recipes#32139), I can also create one for homebrew-core.

WDYT about adding CLI installation instructions for other package managers to the README as well?
