This is the start of Battle.net OAuth Profile API libraries. I started with Starcraft 2 [US]. Currently you can retrieve a user's Starcraft 2 profile using a client call to
client.Profile().SC2(). Most of the work in this PR comes from the type definitions made insc2.go. These types are consumed inprofile.goby the profile service. Tests included for SC2 profile function :-)
