Objective:
This is a Discovery to determine the value of implementing FinOps practices and culture within Hosting.

Value:
Determining whether we have the capability and data to be able to adopt FinOps processes. We will understand user needs to understand how these processes may best serve the organisation to help optimise use of our Cloud estate to increase Business value.
