We want to move the responsibility from our team into a community-driven approach. We will need to invest some time to set-up the initial community structure

• Ops Eng removed as codeowners
• Set up community channel for Tech Docs
• Communicate change to community ownership
• Remove entries from User Guide and Runbooks
