This issue demonstrates how autominion can be used to create pull requests from GitHub issues.

As an example task, create a new Rust project called hello-world with a main.rs that prints "Hello from autominion!". Make sure to test that the project works using cargo.

The reference agent actually spawns a devcontainer based on the configuration contained in this repository.
This is how it's able to use cargo to generate the new Rust project.
