Remove TIER doesn't display error

If we try to remove a TIER with objects it doesn't remove the TIER which is fine but it doesn't display the error.

Expected Behavior

Display error when request fails.

Current Behavior

Nothing is shown and user doesn't get any feedback that something went wrong.

Possible Solution

Display Snack Bar error

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Setup a second Minio server
2. ADD a Tier pointing to it
3. Add some rules to a bucket pointing to that TIER
4. Wait for the Tier bucket to have objects
5. Click on Delete icon
6. Confirm deletion
7. Error occurs but is not shown.
