Expected behavior

mc cp /etc/hosts play/testbucket/ --enc-c "play/testbucket/hosts=MDEyMzQ1Njc4OTAxMjM0NTY3ODkwMTIzNDU2Nzg5MDA" --insecure --debug

Actual behavior

mc: <ERROR> SSE Error. SSE prefixes do not match any object paths.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

As stated above, it is expected to work for "relative" paths, which changed since #4882
