The new *-c9s.yaml files are almost identical to the originals, just with different labels (making them c9s specific) and description.
JIRA: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-12293 It pulls in python3-pytest, which we don't want to maintain.
mvapich2 never got into Fedora and was a RHEL-only addition. We don't have the capacity to maintain multiple MPI implementations. Remove mvapich2.
