[Bug]: Inconsistent visual feedback between "Refresh all feeds" menu and the R keyboard shortcut

Bug Summary

Success alert is not shown after pressing R to refresh all feeds

Description

When refreshing all feeds with the R keyboard shortcut, the success alert is not shown after navigation completes.

Using the "Refresh all feeds" button from the Feeds menu shows the success alert as expected, so the visible feedback is inconsistent between the keyboard shortcut and the menu action.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Miniflux.
2. Make sure keyboard shortcuts are enabled.
3. Open a page where the R shortcut is active, such as /unread.
4. Press R to refresh all feeds.
5. Wait for the navigation to complete.

Expected Behavior

The success alert is shown, matching the behavior of the "Refresh all feeds" menu button:

All feeds are being refreshed in the background. You can continue to use Miniflux while this process is running.

Actual Behavior

No success alert is shown after using the R shortcut.

The refresh itself still runs in the background, and new entries can be fetched. Only the success alert is missing.
