Still at 10ms and no audio when installing HD Audio Device

I followed the instructions and after installing the HD Audio Device driver there is no sound like I can not hear anything from my headset, even tho it says that there's an output and that I should be hearing sound. Also with my default audio driver, when trying to run REAL.exe it says 10ms on all with no error or anything.
