Motivation
Bugfix for crnn when amp_level is O0.
修复crnn系列模型在amp_level为O0时的bug。
Note:
This problem is caused by ops.lstm, the bug of which occurred on MindSpore r2.3.0rc1.
This PR shall rollback of the bug of ops.lstm fixed.
